Villa ULMUS, whose name translates from Latin as elm tree, because such an ancient elm proudly grows closely connected to the villa and in its beauty evokes your admiration.
This incredible designer villa is located in the heart of Istria, in the peaceful surroundings of the picturesque town of Motovun. It is situated where the summer crowds are smaller, and the nights pleasantly warm.
The villa is located on a property of 1.100 m2, rich in greenery and surrounded by nature, vineyard, and a small forest. There is no traffic or pedestrian passage around the villa.
The villa optimally accommodates 4, and a maximum of 6 guests. The interior and exterior spaces of the villa are directly connected by large glass walls, with direct access to the garden from all rooms in the house. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has two bedrooms and two modernly decorated bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other room has two separate beds that can be joined if necessary. For an additional two people, there are extra beds that can be placed in the bedrooms or living room.
In the beautiful green garden, there is a 36 m2 swimming pool with the possibility of heating in the pre and post-season. The pool uses the most modern water quality treatment technology and enhanced therapeutic effect because chlorine is obtained by electrolysis from salt in a natural way, which is much healthier than classical water treatment with chlorine.
A beautiful jacuzzi available throughout all months of the year is also at your disposal.
An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, garden furniture, and a dining table, as well as six sun loungers, offer you the opportunity for full enjoyment and relaxation in the villa's outdoor space. Within the garden, there is a children's corner that includes a flat trampoline, a playhouse - restaurant, and a swing. The villa's grounds are completely fenced.
