For eight consecutive years, Istria has proudly held the title of the highest-quality olive-growing region in the world. This prestigious recognition was earned because as many as 66 Istrian olive growers are represented among the top 500 olive growers in the world in the latest edition of the "Bible" of olive oil, Flos Olei.
