Truffle hunts
You are in the best place to experience the adventure of truffle hunting and find out (or taste) why truffles are one of the prestigious ingredients of world cuisine.
Mr Miro will take you into a local forest with his dogs to hunt for truffles; white or black, depending on the season. After the hunt, his wife Mirjana will welcome you with various delicacies prepared from Istrian truffles. There will be opportunities to try truffle oils, truffle spreads, truffle salamis, truffle cheese, fresh bread... After you've tasted all these incredible delicacies, Mrs Mirjana will show you how to prepare a simple dish with truffles.
